    The place is right at the prime location with amazing view from the hotel room. A strange thing happened though, some guy from the service came into our room with his master key and without permission to check the door connecting to the other room is locked or not which invaded our privacy. The hotel must check this.

    Room is old and few choices of breakfast. Hotel is old and interior is old. Needs more lightning and better renovate. Location is good. Not value for money.

    I was expecting to use the pool sauna and gym all were closed. I was gutted. Good thing that nothing else went wrong ani enjoyed rest of the trip. The place is not 5*. More like 3.

    They claim to be a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it is far from deserving that rating. I have stayed at several 3-star hotels that were significantly better than this. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The carpets are worn, the sofa had visible stains and marks, and the duvet was too small for the bed. The mattress was already sagging, and the pillows were among the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. The breakfast was equally underwhelming, with very limited options, and most of the food was neither appealing nor appetizing. Even the coffee tasted like boiled water. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell. The toiletries provided were very basic—only small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its claimed 5-star standard. The facilities, room condition, breakfast, and overall experience were disappointing, and there is a significant gap between what is advertised and what is actually delivered. I would not consider staying here again.
