    Parking: Parking costs RM25 per day. They only mentioned that parking is provided but did not inform me that it was chargeable. The parking fee is quite expensive, and the parking area is also narrow and poorly managed. Bad service. Staff: The staff member who handled my check-in was treating customer with unfriendly expression, as if they were angry or wanted to pick a fight. They asked for my documents in a manner that made me feel like I was being treated like a criminal. Im asking for parking invoice for claim and 5/6 days after check out i get the parking invoice even im chat him many times and the reply from staf was rude. Room: The room was extremely smelly. As soon as I opened the door, there was a strong smell of spices or tom yum. The bed also had an unpleasant smell. One of the toilets smelled like a sewage area, even though I had just checked in. Cleanliness: The room was bad. The floor from the entrance to the bedroom and into the bathroom was very oily. It felt disgusting to walk on it, especially with bare feet. The bathroom also had visible dirt and grime buildup. Facilities: The facilities provided were below expectations. The hot water in the shower did not work, the TV had no channels, and there were no instructions for using the washing machine, making it difficult to operate. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay. The service, cleanliness, room condition, parking, and facilities were all below expectations. Highly not recommended. Totally disappointing. Rating: 2/10.
