Made the error of booking via Agoda rather than through the resort agent. After not noticing the the booking was for one rather than 2 after the confirmation, rather than adding second person and charging the supplement, I ended up paying double!! Strongly recommend booking is made through resort agent.
The resort itself is so beautiful. Room was fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it highly.
Suggestions for improvement is to improve the food by making it more healthy and some evening entertainment such as Karaoke after dinner, would be fun.

Pros:
The booking agent I used was very irresponsible. I asked them several questions, but they never replied. Agoda also informed me that the agent did not respond, and there was nothing they could do. In the end, I had to contact the hotel directly to get everything sorted out.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and one of its unique features is that it is built on coral. Whether you enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving, you can do both directly at the hotel. The food was also delicious. I stayed for five days and four nights, and the meals were never repeated.
Cons:
The hotel’s smoking control is not strict enough. During check-in, the staff did not clearly explain the designated smoking areas, which resulted in some guests smoking everywhere. Some even threw cigarette butts into the sea. In addition, certain smoking areas do not have proper signage. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management of smoking and non-smoking regulations.

It is a 5-star resort charging RM2,900 per room per night, but a few of the towels were worn out, and many had visible tears. Food is average but since charge so high price should have one stall run after the dining time for eg, a char kuey teow stall for those of us that missed the dining time.
