    I stayed at the silversmith hotel for a weekend trip in Chicago & it was a great stay. The location was close to everything downtown, a lot of food around, & walkable distance. I would surely go back.

    We had a lovely king room - it was large with a hallway in the room that separated the door from the living space. The furnishings were beautiful and the room was very clean. The bathroom was very nice. Our room was on the back side of the hotel, so we didn't have much of a view, but it was extremely quiet. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the front of the hotel is right on the L line so it was loud when you were walking in or around the front of the building. It is handy for getting around. The hotel is in a great spot. Close to the theaters, the river, Millennium Park, and the Lake. I would definitely stay here again.

    Staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel’s location was perfect for accessing major tourist spots, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would definitely rebook here the next time my family visits Chicago.

    I had really struggled to find a room with two beds. This was the only hotel with rooms for two beds on offer for the weekend. We landed at 10:30, and we got a room with single bed and a sofa, which — if we had opened— would have left no pathway to walk to bathroom. Rooms with single beds were available in other hotels for half price!!!
