Agoda üzerinden iki gece için özellikle "Deniz Manzaralı" (Sea View) seçerek iki adet oda kiraladık. Ancak otele giriş yaptığımızda bize resmen alt katta, masaj salonunun hemen önünde, denizle alakası olmayan odalar verildi.
Durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde ise aldığımız cevap tam bir profesyonellik dışıydı. Resepsiyonist yetkilisi, suçlamayı acenteye atarak "Agoda ile sorun yaşadıklarını, platformun kendilerinden habersiz odaları deniz manzaralı olarak sattığını" iddia etti. Otelin kendi sistem veya acente yönetim krizinin faturası bize kesildi.
Skandal sadece odayla da sınırlı kalmadı:
- Odalara yerleştiğimizde hiç su yoktu.
Saat 15:00'ten akşam 18:00'e kadar defalarca su talep etmemize rağmen hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı.
- En sonunda yol yorgunluğumuza bakmadan dışarı çıkıp suyumuzu kendimiz satın almak zorunda kaldık.
İkinci günümüz ilk güne kıyasla nispeten daha sakin geçti ve ilk günün gerginliğini biraz olsun unutmaya çalıştık. Ancak otel yönetimi ve hizmet kalitesi sınıfta kaldı. Paranızı ve vaktinizi riske atmayın; eşime dostuma kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir işletme.

The hotel location is excellent it is just next to the Marina. It is within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The pool is exceptional and very large. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Worth every penny.

Öncelikle saat 3 te checkin yapabildik, oda temizleniyor diye ! 3 ERİŞKİN için rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. 3 kişiden biri küçük çocuğum, ama rahat edelim diye erişkin gibi rezervasyon yaptırdım onun için. Ama iki kişilik oda verdiler, bir kişi de kanapede yatacak dediler. Kanape çok kötü olduğu için normal yatak istedim, ama bacağı kırık çok kötü bir yatak getirdiler. Çıkış'ta oda kontrolu yapacaklarını söylediler. 10dk bekledik bir daha sordum çıkabilirmiyiz diye, resepsiyondaki adam "siz minibardan iki kola bir gazoz mu kullandınız?" dedi. Hayır sadece suları kullandık dedim, tamam o zaman gidebilirsiniz dedi! resmen para koparmaya çalışıyordu. Otel in fiziki durumu ve konumu fena değil, ama işletmesi çok amatör ve işbilmez.

The staff the rooms the breakfast eveything was superb! I am a tough critic when it comes to hotels and this is a 5 star hotel for sure... very very close to the beach less than a 5 minute walk. I took the triple room and was impressed by the size...
