Lovely room (43) on top floor facing sea. Lovely gardens in quiet area. Staff friendly and helpful. Well kept pool. Comfortable large bed! Spacious room. Good air conditioning and nice hot shower. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

Save yourself the massive headache and think twice before booking Siesta Hotel, especially if you ever need any flexibility or assistance with your reservation.
During my stay, the hotel reception specifically instructed me to make a second booking at a lower price to resolve an issue, assuring me that everything would be handled properly on their end. Instead, they took payment for both bookings, leaving me double charged for the exact same night. It has been almost a week, and nothing has been refunded. Hotel management is completely non-responsive and refuses to resolve the matter. When you speak to reception on-site, they simply pass the buck, claiming they have "zero authority" to do anything and blaming everything on the owner.
To make matters worse, if you try to speak to them in person, they quote double to triple the prices you see online—just greedy, money-hungry practices all around.
Unless you book way in advance and know with absolute certainty that you won't need to make a single alteration—even for standard booking adjustments—this place is a nightmare to deal with. Because neither management nor Agoda is taking responsibility to return my money, I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my Visa card.
Extremely disappointing customer service and dishonest handling of guest billing. Proceed with extreme caution.

A great hotel with fantastic staff. It has a lovely little pool and the rooms have AC and are spotless. Ms Gilbert and her staff always strive for 5 star service. Looking forward to our return...

Older place in need of some repairs. Had concerns about the cleanliness of the floors. They seemed to be lightly swept but not mopped. My feet would get incredibly dirty after walking around the room. When housekeeping came in they only took out the garbage and did nothing else. We had to ask to get the floors swept and then the lady asked me where I would like her to sweep?!? Location is good and front desk manager is wonderful. Generally a good stay but things need to be overall improved here.
