    The welcome was great - received a glass of wine on arrival, however there were abudomal flies in the main area, which was the same in our room. We found the Hot Tub blazing hot and requested for help via the Lodge Whatsapp channel on how to cool it off and our message was ignore. To top it off, they ruined our special evening by messing up our package. Despite showing them the Confirmation we booked DBB, the Host on Duty kept of emphasing Dinner was excluded and was checking with the GM, to a point that l asked to rather pay for Dinner as this was just embarrassing for me. It's only when l queried who was managing the Lodge Whatsapp platform as they had reconfirmed our Reservation prior check in that we booked Dinner Bed & Breakfast that she eventually told our Butler (George) we should be served Dinner. That was only because she had to attend to a Guest that has just arrived and needed to checked in Lodge
