    Basic things are not good. Unwanted noise is coming from Fan. Buckets are not clean. Bed mattress is very olda and plush. Bedsheet and pillow covers are not cleaned properly. Water bottles aee not provide. Staffs are just ignorant.

    Firstly they didn't even agree that I've booked the room. They've taken extra amount and upgraded the room type against my wish. Their check in time 10am and asked me how you chose 7am to 8am slot. No bother about Agoda booking, very pathetic experience.

    🚫⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS LODGE! ⚠️🚫 Worst stay experience ever. The photos shown on Agoda are completely different from reality. I booked a non-AC room for 2 nights and paid ₹1350, but it was a total waste of money. 😡 ❌ Dirty room ❌ Fan not working properly ❌ Very dirty toilet and bathroom ❌ Poor maintenance everywhere ❌ No proper ventilation ❌ Suffocating atmosphere inside the room The room condition was so bad that I started sweating immediately even with the fan switched on. The actual room looked nothing like the pictures shown online. When I complained, the staff simply said, "You booked through Agoda, so complain to Agoda, not us." Very unprofessional attitude. 👎 I was so disappointed and uncomfortable that I packed my bags and left the lodge before completing my stay. My money was wasted. 😤 Honestly, I felt a footpath would have been a better place to sleep than this room. 🚶‍♂️🛣️ At least there would have been fresh air. ⚠️ Save your money and avoid this lodge. The online photos are misleading and the actual condition is far below expectations. ⭐ 0.000/5 – Never again.
