    1. Location - perfect 2. Amenities - very good 3. Cleanliness - Good 4. Room size - Good, small compared to price it charges 5. Bathroom cleanliness - not well lit, does not have exhaust fan, so it smells after use. 6. Balcony view - Very good 7. Balcony cleanliness - Average 8. Cupboard in the room - small, did not have hangers. Was not clean. 9. TV - 32 inch with only FTA channels 10. Staff - Great, very helpful Recommendation - 1. Please replace dim lights in bathroom, it looks gloomy 2. Please provide bathroom slippers as an addon. From the tariff you charge, you can easily fit in a 30 rs one time slippers. 3. Balcony should be clean for people who want to spend time just savoring the mountain view. 4. Keep a small table in the room for enjoying tea while sitting on the chair 5. Bathroom is not ventilated, please fit in an exhaust if windows provision can't be done. Overall - 3.5 out of 5
