I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Especially if you have pets, we had booked a room through a third party. And was not informed that there were an extra pet fee at the hotel. We paid through the app. My husband checked in got our keys. Stayed there for 2 nights on the third night. I asked for a late checkout. We were gonna rent the room again. My husband was on his way with the money to. Rent the room, the man at the front desk called me. A liar said he didn't believe me and then proceeded to tell me how we did not have permission to have our dogs there when on the app. I had put in filter and said that we were traveling with pets. No one informed. I'm just the two knights that we had stayed there prior anything about the dogs and owing money.So the men on the third day threatened to call the cops told us we had to leave and never come back.That we owed him fifty dollars for our dogs.42 nights that we were there and also proceeded to keep one of my dogs and tell me that we couldn't have him back until we paid twenty five dollars.And then he called the dog pound to come, get my dog.And said told the pound that my dog was abandoned when he had locked the door when he seen me and my husband taking our belongings out to the car.And when I went to go back to the room to gather up the rest of the stuff.I had there he shut and locked the door so I couldn't get my dog and then kept my dog.We had to go to the pound and was going to have to pay sixty five dollars to get my dog out.But they let us have the dog back for nothing
