The location is excellent for walking, and parking was a definite plus. The property was clean, but the overall value felt only moderate. Staff service and facilities were mixed, while the amenities and pool were disappointing. Transport was also a weak point, making the stay feel uneven despite the strong location and good cleanliness.

The hotel located at a busy area and has good space at hotel entrance for guests to get on/off vehicle. This is very convenient. We can see the Jiaxiu Tower from our room, fabulous view,. Walking distance to Jiaxiu Tower, eating places, mall, short car ride to the Huaguoyuan White House, Dolphin Mall.

I stayed 4 nights in a large king n deluxe king. Complained about the aircon 3 times. Staff said limited adjustment since central aircon. This is absolute nonsense. No other hotel has this problem. Central aircon adjustment set too high to save electricity at cost to customers comfort. As a result thermostat control in room no longer works to lower room temperature. Aircon was also very loud. Room was too hot to sleep. Worst sheraton I have ever stayed in even though it is supposed to b 5 stars. I am a marriot member. Very disappointing and will reconsider any further stay in sheraton hotels
