This was my first time staying at a Sheraton after a long time and when I first walked in it had a beautiful aroma and the lobby was very nice. That's where it stopped though. The front desk, I feel, weren't very welcoming, the woman who checked us in was the worst. She acted like she was doing us a favor. The room I have booked on Agoda said it would accommodate 3 guests but there was only one king size bed which I think is spacious for a couple but tight for a couple and a daughter. My husband, my daughter and I had to sleep on the same bed. Besides the room was ready but there were only two sets of towels. Only one of the guys at the front desk was accommodating he was very kind and nice. When I asked for an extra set of towels he got them right away.

The hotel was fine except the bathroom was smaller then expected. The breakfast was more brunch for the price, with a IHOP walking distance. Just saying. The bed was fine, but pillows a little too soft for my taste. Real clean.

Room was not as clean as should be carpet was dirty refrigerator did not work lamp did not work shower walls had hair from previous customer. Notified front desk nothing was done!
