    Absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. The staff were incredibly pleasant, attentive, and helpful, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and the extra care they took to make our experience so special. The room was spotless, luxurious, and beautifully appointed, with an amazing panoramic view of Can Tho City and the Mekong River. As the tallest hotel building in Can Tho, the views are truly spectacular and make the stay even more memorable. What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every interaction with the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The team truly understands the meaning of hospitality. If you're visiting Can Tho and want to feel like royalty, this is the place to stay. We would absolutely love to return! ❤️

    I booked a Grande Suite, first they never reply earlier that there is no connecting room for this type of room. When I reached there then I get to know then the hotel just told me, rooms are fully booked that left me with no choice. Secondly, when I go into the room there is an India smell that is so disgusting and I wanted to vomit. 5 star hotel having this kind of room. But they did put a diffuser of lemon grass smell after I told them to do so. Overall, not a good experience to stay there.
