    This hotel is full of locals. So don’t expect the hotel is tranquil like other shangrila resorts. Front desk staff is mostly unhelpful while most of the restaurant staff is friendly

    We stayed at the pool villa for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The villa was really spacious and the private pool was great. But the most outstanding is definitely the butler service that comes with the villa. They help with everything which made the stay very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
