We have choson to stay this luxury hotel in phnom penh city. The hotel building is tallest including a nice city and river viewing within hotel. The staff service are friendly and warmly to us. The gym equipments are well equipped including clean sauna room to us.
As a Singaporean, I feel proud to stay here.
We feel pleased to have a pleasure stay in Shangri La hotel.

The hotel is highly well maintained and equipped with all amenities. The hotel comes with great river and city view from room and lobby and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay with massages, great breakfasts, a beautiful rooftop with pool and bar, extraordinarily friendly staff! Will definitely come back for our next trip!

The room service was not up to standard. Poor selection. Items unavailable. Poor quality. And they got my order wrong. Very disappointing!
