The staff were very nice, helpful, polite, very approachable, very accomodating, very smiling, hospitable and social to their guests.. they are making sure that we had a great time while staying in the hotel! Jay who helped us on check in is super! Thank you so much for an extraordinary welcome we’ll never forget. You made everything a perfect stay! And to Ian! We had a wonderful check out memories, thanks for an exceptional service! To Jose, thanks for assisting us in coordinating our trip in and out in the hotel you are simply the best! We thought if the money would be worth it and it totally was!
Full transport from airport directly to the resort's location. beautiful resort and the staff were just perfect! so caring and helpful! we were in the Villa and our hosts were so nice and assisted with anything! food was great at breakfast and the pool bar. overall our experience was the best we ever had!

Loved the food, the service and the resort but…booked the tree villa and everything was great except the windows. The windows were horribly filthy like they haven’t been cleaned for decades. It’s truly disappointing when you have this beautiful view but you cannot fully appreciate it because they’re smudged in dirt. The jacuzzi was also dirty you can see some build up mold like it hasn’t been brushed for a long time. Please pay more attention to these things as this is not a Shangri-la standard.
