    Loved everything about this place. Super cute, great gardens to walk around, lovely cottage (super spacious, fireplace !!!! , large bathroom, cute porch) :)

    We loved this place so much! The best was waking up to all the nature and birds.

    No coffee making options as advertised, for us an essential early start to our day. If we had known we would have brought our pod machine with us, or booked somewhere else. Offer of vouchers at a cafe ~6 mins drive away was not an option, to replace sitting our room veranda having an early coffee. After some discussion the only acceptable solution for us was provide coffee making facility or refund, the latter which was provided promptly, their advertising has also now been corrected. After careful evaluation of options available on the scenic rim, shambala appeared an ideal option to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, so we had booked 2 nights accommodation restaurants etc. Things not available at short notice., so we dove home the same day, celebrations wrecked.
