    Took 45 minutes to check in, room wasn’t even ready I waited 30minutes for them to clean it. There were a load of ants in the room and on the bed. No balcony but said on my booking there was one. They did not clean my room once or bring me new towels. All the furniture was scattered around nothing looked in place, the fridge was disgusting they need to throw it away and purchase new. The wardrobe stank, overall not an enjoyable stay. The lady at reception was lovely but there was an older male shouting at the staff very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

    I choose this as it was one of the few places left over new year and I can understand why. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. Bed was ripped and dirty as you can see on the pictures. Dangerous plugs hanging off the wall with sparks coming out when plugging stuff in. The bathroom was awful and looked nothing like the photos. The Thai staff were very nice. But I think it might be the owner who was not Thai was quite rude. Asked me why I hadn't gone after my first night even though I booked 2! Check out is also 11 not 12 as advertised. The curtains on the photos are all shut for for a reason... There are rooms opposite the windows and no privacy net so if you want privacy you have to keep curtains shut all the time . I would not stay here again and would of left on the first night if I had somewhere else to go. Was scared I was going to be electrocuted. Or catch something from the dirty room and bathroom
