New and clean enough, bed is comfortable enough to feel at home. Amenities available and close to station as well as playground that is big plus for family with kids. This place has all. I will come back.

This apato is really worth because nearest with parks (in front of apato) and nearest with public transport. Nice to stay on this apato with all the facilities and the neighborhood around this

Me and my family had a great stay at SG Premium Kasai. The location near Kasai Station about 3 min walking and some convenience stores. Across the street has playground for 3-6 year old, my kid so happy play at the playground.

The location and price were good, no complaints there. When I checked into the room before actually seeing the room, I was informed that I would have to pay 12,000 yen as my children were not added on the rooms even though I reserved 2 rooms. We entered the rooms, my children room only had one bed made and i set of towels. The wife and I had a room full of mosquitoes, dirty linen (sheets, pillow cases, and comforter),only one bed made, 1 set of towels which were also dirty, spiderwebs all over the ceiling, and internet was not working. My wife immediately went into flight mode and wanted a new hotel. I contacted the staff in a different location as there is no one on the property after 5p. I asked if we could stay the night, get a refund for the remaining nights, and we would move elsewhere. I was told no refunds due to my unhappiness. I would have accepted a new room, this was not offered. I tried washing the linen, but there was no dryer on property, so we utilized some blankets my family brought with them on their flight to Japan. The next morning I contacted customer service again with my complaints and were able to get clean linen but no clean towels or any type of accommodations for my second guests i was required to pay 12,000 yen for. We stayed 3 days out of the four I reserved. I did receive multiple emails to pay the 12,000 yen, I responded to those emails stating I would not pay for services not rendered....I had to use my own towels and blankets...I, nor my family were happy with our stay here....
