Setclub Hotel & Spa Aix-en-Provence

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star, but it’s really more of a 3-star. Although it opened recently, it’s already poorly maintained: the rooms are in bad condition, and the materials used are of low quality. During our stay (from Friday to Saturday), there was no hot water. The only solution offered was to take a shower in the locker rooms of the sports club across the complex , unacceptable for a hotel claiming this level of service. Every morning, there was a power outage during breakfast, which made the experience even worse. Upon arrival, we had to wait over ten minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk, and we didn’t even receive an apology for the delay. In short: poor service, lack of maintenance, and limited comfort. Choose another hotel! you’ll definitely be better received elsewhere

This place is great for families with older children, it's more like sports club with a hotel added on. The hotel rooms are nicely done except that it's hard to understand the lack of fridge in a two bed 'family room'. The pool area was good but a bit far away from the rooms and quite crowded – loungers were rarely available until the end of the day. Good breakfast but also quite crowded and definitely understaffed, especially towards the end. Staff were very nice helpful overall and the restaurant food was really good.
