    We have stayed for 2 weeks. Cleanliness of the apartment was the best thing. All the staffs were very helpful and kind. Excellent hospitality provided by the manager THIRUMALAI KUMAR and the security NATARAJAN. They both went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay and made our stay extra comfortable and making us feel right at home. One of the best places to stay in Tirunelveli. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend this place.

    Every thing was neatly arranged. Staff are more amenable and kind. Cleanliness to the core. Require elevater for elderly people.

    Booking time 12 pm to nextday 11 am. Due to travel delay, we cannot reach correct time. We came nextday 7am so we request to ask extra one hour. That is cheke out time 12 pm instead of 11 am . But not accepted. Then stay 7 am to 8 am only. Then go to next hotel.

    Provided one bath towel for two people and asked us to use the same Multiple request, they provided one more they need to improve the hospitality
