    We booked this place because it was a great deal on Agoda, so I knew it wasn’t going to be luxury. But cheap price should not mean poor hygiene or disorganised service. When we arrived around 3–4pm after a long day of travelling, no staff seemed to know how to check us in. We were told the person who could help was having a shower, so we had to sit and wait, tired and unsure what was happening. Not a great first impression. The location is very close to the beach, which is a positive. But the room itself felt more like a basic place to sleep and nothing more. There was sand all through the room and even on the bed, despite the bed being made. No bath mat was provided, so sand and water were easily tracked everywhere. Same as the entrance door. I had to walk back to reception to ask for four extra towels just to use on the floor and at the door to keep the room dry and reduce sand coming inside. The TV was very old and unusable. The fridge worked fine. One air conditioner worked well, the other did not cool properly. The biggest issue was the bathroom setup and cleanliness. It had a shower head in the middle of the room near the toilet bowl, so when you shower everything gets wet, including the toilet area. There were yellow stains and marks on the floor and wall, and overall it did not look clean. If you only need a very cheap place to sleep and don’t mind cleanliness or comfort, it may suit you. But if hygiene, organisation, and a comfortable stay matter to you, I would not recommend it.

    We really enjoyed the stay.Room not far from the beach. Cleaning staff is really good. Wejust have to deplorethat the next day after check in the restautant and reception supposedto be open for breakfast at 8.00am wasclosed.Opened at 9.00am.We then never used those facilities.He did not affect us but not serious! Room for what it is definitly overpriced!I start to believe people saying hotel prices are too high in Thailand.
