Unfortunately, the experience at the resort was far below the standards I expected when making the booking through Agoda. Due to the issues we faced, my family and I had no choice but to check out a day earlier than planned. I was travelling with my wife and our 2.5-year-old toddler, and the lack of basic amenities and safety concerns made our stay extremely difficult. The major issues we encountered were: No Room Service or In-House Restaurant - The resort did not provide room service and did not have its own restaurant on the premises. They had the Hot water kettle and pouches but would not even serve fresh tea of coffee in the room. We expect to be able to call tea coffee and snack i our rooms in a hotel, that is literally the idea of relaxation we go for. Not so we have to be troubled for that In a destination like Shrivardhan, where dining options are already limited, this created a significant inconvenience. They did not even have a male staff to carry your luggage. very young and honestly frail girls who we just out of humanity could not ask to carry our luggage. They insisted but it was so awkward and uncomfortable. During heavy rainfall, we were forced to travel to another location just to have our meals, carrying our 2.5-year-old child in extremely poor weather conditions. This was both stressful and unsafe. Unsafe and Poorly Maintained Common Areas - The corridors had water spilled across the floor, making them extremely slippery. While carrying my toddler, I almost slipped and fell due to the unsafe condition of the corridor. This posed a serious safety risk that should have been addressed by the property immediately. Difficulty Accessing Breakfast - Because breakfast was served at a different location and the rain was extremely heavy, we had to wait for a long time before it was even possible to reach the dining area. This significantly impacted our stay and caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially while travelling with a young child. Overall, the property did not provide the level of comfort, convenience, or safety that was reasonably expected for a room costing approximately *** per night. The facilities and services were not representative of the value paid, and our family vacation was unfortunately disrupted. As a result of these circumstances, we decided to check out one day early, as continuing our stay was simply not practical or comfortable. This Dharmshala come resort denied any refund and it was nice of Agoda to pay a partial refund out of their own pocket.

Great stay at Redfine! Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent service, comfortable ambiance, delicious food, convenient location, and seamless hospitality. Highly recommended for everyone!

Rooms and Cleanliness were good, Staff were very prompt and caring. Location is far from beach and one needs our Vehicle to transport. Restaurant food was good, Restaurant is not inside, but shared with Hotel Meritas Seawind on opposite road
