Interesting property to say the least. The interior is exceptionally distasteful in design. The bedding is horrendous. Old school single beds that are pushed together and keep on separating throughout the night. The duvets and cushions are super bad quality and uncomfortable. No black out curtains. And no WiFi reception in my room. The windows were dirty. I opted for the 25€ extra room service breakfast, unfortunately it was quantity over quality. The breads and roles were industrial quality, the jams and cold cuts were sugary/cheep and the orange juice wasn’t „fresh“ but made from concentrate. On a positive note: I really enjoyed the dinner - some great food. Upon checkout I provided some feedback to which the team only replied „we already know“. Unfortunately they weren’t able to handle it in a constructive and professional manner i.e. getting into the details and fixing the issues.
