    so far the worst hotel in abuja i experienced... what was said about the receptionist service is 100% true. we always found her sleeping with the head on the table (when somebody was even there...). The checkIn process was problematic since nobody seemed to know how to handle my booking on agoda. We had to speak with 4 different people and explain again and again... In the end they gave us our room but no roomkey. they said somebody will bring the key later. after nobody came we asked again...same answer...nobody came. after we waited and asked 3 more times they told us that they have no roomkey right now but we can ask at the reception every time to open the room for us with the masterkey...(a reception that was empty most of the time) after this we left the hotel again and stayed somewhere else during the checkin process they refused to take my passport and said they dont need it. the next day they called me on phone to come back because they need a copy of my passport i would advise nobody to stay here...
