    We booked into this hotel after we had stayed there some years ago and I do believe that no maintenance has been done at this hotel since the last time we had been there. It definitely is not worth the amount of money they charge. At breakfast we were so disappointed with having to be served by a very miserable lady who just about threw our bacon and eggs onto the plate. A little smile would of gone a long way. Breakfast was very disappointing. Our TV didn’t work and when we did report it and the guy at reception said he would send somebody up, we waited so long we just told them to just leave it as we were going to sleep. We had very worn out bedding on the bed which we took photos of that was torn. The housekeeping staff were just gathered in the passage having a good old chin wag on their phones all sat on the floor. We came from South Africa 3 weeks ago and travelled through some parts of Italy and to the UK and I have to say this was by far the worst hotel we experienced. Sorry to be very truthful.
