    The location is extremely convenient for exploring North Goa. One of the rooms we stayed in got slightly flooded in during the day when we were out, so we couldn't use the floor for the extra bed/futon. The other room was great. Bathroom was clean, beds were spacious. Had some problems with the tv connection first, but the staff was friendly and cooperative and immediately tried to solve our issues. Check in and check out was smooth as well. There wasn't a working telephone in our rooms for the reception though. But our room was on the first floor so it wasn't a big hassle as such. The only significant issue was that the rooms didn't have enough power outlets, so charging our devices as a big family group was a problem. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

    Nice place as close to beach and very friendly staff and co operative Owner. It is a value for money property, as we stayed in renovated 1BHK apartment.

    Good location, but lift is missing so be careful, rooms there are no almirah or any storage place including bed side tables , otherwise location is excellent , staff is best neat & clean
