This is a very stingy Hotel. There's no milk nor sugar provided in the room. There's no air conditioning, no air flow windows are not allowed to open, this morning. the Sun came in the room it was so hot with no air that I felt dizzy and was very sick and had to check out early. Yesterday they did not clean my room because I was told that I have to request cleaning before they would do it this is the first time I've ever heard of the policy in a big hotel like this. they did not even clear the rubbish i was so disappointed and angry. If the room could be so hot and stuffy with no air conditioning no air in April I don't know how visitors can survive in July and August, so please stay away from this hotel

This hotel is in the central part of Narvik and only a few hundred meeters from the main bus station taking you to other parts of Norway. The hotel got great view on the upper floors and enough amenities innyour room for a comfortable stay.

I was injured and on clutches. The hotel staff took very good care of me including giving me a plastic chair for bathing, hail taxi n help me with taking the food at breakfast. I enjoyed the hospitality provided by the hotel. Room is spacious, clean n comfortable even for couple. There’s a fan in the bedroom as there is no aircon when it’s so cold outside. 6 min walk to a shopping mall & there are shops selling instant noodles just opposite the hotel.

Victoria, the front desk personnel was very nice, helpful and informative. She helped me to check the aurora KP for the night. Also arranged a nice room with good view for us. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. With the nice experience from the service personnel, I'll choose Scandic for my stay again next time.
