    Once we got there, the ladies at reception had no idea of our booking. They had to get a room ready that already had belongings in it. So 3 men had to be put in one bedroom. All of the bedrooms have to share the same two bathrooms. When we stayed there, the house was extremely loud and nobody cared for any privacy. The shared bathrooms could not even lock and I had people walk in while I was in the bathroom. Definitely not a place for families or couples.

    They have the potential to do better. The first room I was given had a very uncomfortable bed—you could actually feel the mattress springs, it made a lot of squeaking noises, and I had to share an outside bathroom with other guests. This prompted me to upgrade to an en-suite room. I was happy to move to the en-suite room because I no longer had to share a bathroom, but the water pressure in the bath was very low and sometimes completely off. The bed itself was comfortable; however, the linen did not look good. The duvet cover had bleach stains, and the pillowcases for the four pillows were much bigger than the pillows and were all different colours and designs. It felt as though the linen might be second-hand and reused from elsewhere. They could also upgrade their TVs to smart TVs. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    To start with the manager of thr place, a lady by the name Mercie, or Mercy is unkind at all , has no courtesy, could'nt allow us to cook breakfast meals for our sone deapite booking for 14 straightdays, their showers dont work properly despite being reported 3years ago on Agoda, bed are old and mattresses are exremely terrible gave us back aches, Prisca the host on one hand was extremely kind to us.Overall this place is not recommeded for long stays , just 1 day sleepover!!!!.
