During my stay, I was unfortunately stung by a jellyfish while snorkeling. I happened to mention it to the lovely lady who served breakfast at the hotel nearby restaurant. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful—since it was a public holiday, she helped arrange an emergency appointment with the hospital and even offered me a complimentary ride there. I was truly touched by her generosity and care.
During our conversation, she shared that she creates a different traditional Japanese breakfast menu every day and wakes up at 3:30 a.m. to start preparing everything from scratch. Her passion and dedication really impressed me and made the experience feel even more special.
If you're looking for an authentic local stay with a warm, cozy atmosphere, this is a wonderful choice. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff maintain high standards and clear house rules, which help keep the property peaceful and well cared for.
I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway and want to unwind in a cozy sauna while experiencing genuine Japanese hospitality.

really value for money stay, with semi-private capsule that has high ceiling enough for you to stand, and shades to block off sounds & lights from outside. location was good as it's walkable to place around setouchi with nearby family mart, daiso, acoop supermarket, matsumuto kiyoshi drugstore and lots of good restaurants cafes. the hotel has really clean facilities shower & toilet, from the room, access to sauna, small hot & cold pool.
BIG Thank you to Juri-chan for making my stay a really great experience and communicating in english so it made alot of things easier for me. She gave also the best restaurant recommendation around the area! Thank you, definitely coming back to stay here again in the future
