    The host went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable after I was involved in an accident I felt like a family member rather than a guest. Additionally the facilities and cleanliness are amazing value for money will definitely be returning!!!

    Although the room was very pleasant and was every thing it said it would be. I was really encouraged by another event that happened I accidentally left my passport im the room when departing to HKT airports, before I had got to the airport I had received an email telling me so and they would courier it across to me. I didn't have enogjt time to wait for that and as I was only travelling domestically I could use my driving licence. My other half called them Monday morning and we received to passport Wednesday pm. They wouldn't accept any payment, 10 out of 10 thank you
