    I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and my room was never cleaned. The room was dirty and had no proper window glass, so the air conditioning was ineffective and mosquitoes could come in at night. The breakfast was very poor, with almost no choice. I only ate twice because I got a stomach ache. Hygiene was also disappointing, as staff brushed their teeth and got ready in front of guests before cooking. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

    Value for Money. Very nice and Friendly staff. Everything is at walkable distance. We have reached early and they allowed us to stay at reception until the rooms vacated. They have provided early check-in.

    I used their laundry service, which was more expensive than other places (50,000 VND per kilo). However, when I received my clothes back, they had not been properly washed—the dirt was still clearly visible. It seemed like they had only used a fabric freshener, so the clothes smelled clean and gave the impression they had been washed. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I had already left the hotel, so I wasn’t able to go back and raise the issue with them.
