    One of the worst hotels in Istanbul. The hotel wasn't like this 6 years ago. I will never book there again.

    The hotel itself was reasonable if you're not looking for something above and beyond. We barely spent time in hotel apart from the night. The staff didn't know how to speak English but he used the translator which worked for us.

    I am sure that the Santa Hill Hotel will close sooner or later The hotel is a disaster from all sides starting the check inn I noticed that the room is a very bad one near the highway the toilet is a miss the room need reconstruction also a very small room when I told the man in the reception for my case he called the one as abla to show me a better room she toke me to a better one I agreed on it she said ok you must pay extra 10€ for every night as she is giving me an upgrade or giving me Presidential Suite any why she was very rude the room a miss and they did not clean the room once for a 7 days stay So an advice don't think about staying at this hotel almost no good reason to stay there

    I was not offered free water bottle even after informing. It was said that only one time water bottle will be offered which is on the first day even if room has been booked for 5 days. There is no water kettle and even a glass or cup in the room, which is very basic these days. Some of the accessories were not provided like room sleepers, which I had to find myself and bring it to the room. So they need to work on these things. Room was not cleaned even after asking at reception and putting the indicator card infront of the door knob. I told them again next day and then it was done, that too partially. But the location is good not very close to Taksim square and room was big. But the reception is pretty smooth. I think this hotel is only run by its family members and therefore they are short on hands.
