    Fast check in, clean room for a 2 star, has microwave, mini fridge, cafe in the same lot. Would stay again

    Horrible Service. No Where On This App Or The Sands Website Specify That They Require You To Have a $100 Deposit On A Credit Card. I payed $43 & it Was The Last Of My Paycheck $. They Gave Me A Hard Time & In Order To Get My $ Back, They Didn't Want To Give Up Their Managers Name To Customer Service In Order To Be Issued A Refund. Plus The Lady n "Manager" Yelled @ Me Like I Messed Up Their "5 Star Quality" Motel. I Hassled With Them For 2 Days By Standing In The Front Of The Motel & Refusing To Leave or Threatening To Call The Police For Them To Escort Me In This Situation. They Finally Agreed To Issue Me A Refund, Then Customer Service said They Need 24-48 hours for The Refund To Go Thru Another Approval & I Should Get The Refund To My Initial Form If Payment. Well, I Still Didn't Get My Money Back In The End & It Was 2 Weeks Ago.
