We stayed at Sandalmist Resort & Spa on August 23 with our family and had an amazing experience. The calm and welcoming vibe made it perfect for both adults and kids, with thoughtful touches in every detail. Our time at Sandalmist Resort was truly memorable from start to finish. Location and Views:- The resort offers breathtaking views that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Our premium villa with a balcony overlooked mountains, valleys, and vast landscapes. The gentle fog rolling in felt almost magical. When we arrived in the evening, the cool breeze and scenery transported us to Wayanad or Munnar. The next morning was just as enchanting—mist-covered hills, the sound of birds, and pure tranquility welcomed us into the day. Food Experience:- The food at Sandalmist exceeded our expectations. Every dish was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. Chef’s special varieties were outstanding. Breakfast was another memorable part of our stay, with a wide variety of traditional Kerala dishes that gave us the perfect start to the day. Resort Walkways & Accommodation:- Strolling through the resort’s pathways was an experience in itself, surrounded by greenery and the calming presence of nature. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and private—offering the perfect blend of relaxation and seclusion. Activities & Facilities:- The resort had plenty to keep the whole family engaged. The kids loved the park, indoor games, and especially cycling through the scenic paths. The Tower Café is a must-visit, offering panoramic views of the surroundings from the watchtower and a lovely spot to relax. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with the kids’ park conveniently located nearby. Beyond that, the resort also featured a campfire space, an open gym, an amphitheater, a farm, and a well-equipped play area—all adding to the comfort, fun, and privacy of our stay. Overall Atmosphere:- The resort had a charm of its own—peaceful nights with a magical ambiance, and mornings filled with fresh, rejuvenating views. One of the most memorable highlights was spotting a peacock gracefully dancing on our rooftop, a truly rare and delightful experience.
