    I recently stayed at Sand Heaven, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. My check-in time was 11:00 AM. Although I arrived late at around 1:00 PM, I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes before my room was ready, which was disappointing. The rooms themselves were decent and comfortable, though the bathroom felt quite small and congested. However, the biggest concern was the overall service. It seemed like the property was understaffed, and this affected almost every aspect of the stay. One example: after ordering food, I requested housekeeping. While housekeeping did attend the room, the used plates and food bowls were simply left outside our door and remained there for almost two days without anyone collecting them. This reflected a lack of attention to basic hospitality standards. Another issue was the repeated disturbance from reception. During our two-night stay, we received at least five calls asking unnecessary questions such as where we were going, when we would return, and what time we planned to check out. These frequent interruptions felt intrusive and affected our privacy and overall guest experience. As for the food, we dined at Lazeez Restaurant. It was neither bad nor exceptional—just average, especially considering the expectations set by the property. Overall, while the rooms are good, the hotel needs significant improvement in service quality, staff management, and guest privacy. With better hospitality practices, the experience could be much better.

    Near new and great location, got it for 5k in Apr 26, if you pay anything more than 5-6k, then it would be a bit of bad deal I reckon
