    The rooms are small, but nice. Sometimes the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. The lobby/seating area has a warm welcoming vibe. While this hotel doesn't serve breakfast, one of the highlights was the nice barista that makes great coffees from 7am -3pm. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay here again in the future

    The hotel is alright but rooms very small with no window and no kettle to make hot drink. Advertised as having laundry service which was one of the reasons I booked it but it turns out they don't have the laundry on site, rather they advise you to go to a local laundrette. It was an ok stay for 2 days but would no go back and definitely not for longer stay, I don't think. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.

    Lonely quaint little hotel in the heart of Oldtown, backpackers delight, great staff and more than adequate services. It's not a luxury hotel so don't go expecting things like swimming pools etc but if you are looking for a comfortable room to relax and explore this part of Chiang Mai, this comes highly recommended.
