It was my 2nd time booking this property and I still got the same great experience.
Really love the location even though it is in front of a school, so it gets very chaotic every morning and late afternoon. The staff is still very helpful. I asked if I can check-in early, the owner replied it is possible if the room is ready and just pay 100.000 VND.
Lastly, one downside in my room (***) is I think the heater does not work.

I wouldn’t recommend booking the studio apartment as it has no windows. There was loud construction next door as well. We communicated with the host that we were unhappy and he gladly moved us to one of his other apartments which is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! He is very sweet and kind!! The apartments are located in a super convenient area as well, close to everything you need! Would recommend booking the bigger apartments or their other property at Saluton House! So beautiful and we are enjoying our stay a lot!

Stayed here two nights after landing in Vietnam. The facilities are great, including homeware, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and drying rack, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy at the desk above the entryway. We found the banks, Viettel shop, restaurants, beach and the big bridges were all well within walking distance, and after we picked up some motorcycles, we were able to park here no problem.
Some reviews mention building work next door and this is true, but wasn't persistent enough to be much bother for us. On our first day, there was some drilling for about two hours in the afternoon. Over the next two days, we barely heard anything - just the odd hammer blow. Hopefully the neighbours are almost done with these renovations, because Saluton Apartment is a great place and it sucks they're disrupted at all!

Room very clean, abit small but just nice. Small window at the top but no view. Staff very nice and helpful! If you looking for budget, dont look anywhere else!
