Nice to have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Clean. No dishes so bring your own. Planned power outage during our stay and we were not notified ahead of time and we were on a tight schedule. There is no AC and our room was hot even though it was cool outside. I would suggest that SAIT open windows prior to guest arrival to improve the temperature. SAIT “hotel” depends on the campus parking services. The parking is a 300 metre walk away from the dorms and that is a convoluted walk so easy to get lost. There is 30 minute parking near the dorms for pick up and drop off. Parking services wouldn't allow me out of the parade in the morning. My parking pass didn’t work to get out and I had not brought a method of payment. They could see on camera that I had a free parking pass. It was pouring rain and I needed to get to my daughter’s wedding. I had to run back to the dorms, get another parking pass, go up to the 16th floor to get my credit card in case the additional parking pass wouldn’t work and run back to the parade, all while trying to keep my hair dry for the wedding. The front desk gave me 2 additional free parking passes to try to get my vehicle out of the parkade. Neither of them worked. Used the credit card to pay to get out. Still waiting for reimbursement for parking from parking services. The front desk couldn’t reimburse. The staff at breakfast were not service oriented. This service is subbed out to campus food company. I suggest that they have a to go option or at least a paper plate so a person can grab and go. Also, it does not open until 7AM, unlike most hotels where they open at 6AM.

Great location, very accessible by vehicles and public transit, clean environment and quiet surrounding. Parking and breakfast included is a plus, while you need to bring your own utensile and kitchenary if you want to cook. Helpful staffs and frictionless check-in and out. Good value for money if you book in the right time and place

Basic accomodation but great value. No kitchenware or television. Very basic continental breakfast. No complaints just go with basic expectations and you will be very happy.
