    This was honsetly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at! This was our first trip to phuket and the SAii hotel had everything we needed. They upraded us free of charge and the room was very clean and tidied up each day. There were so many activities and the staff WERE SO FRIENDLY!! I can't even emphasize how nice everyone was. Very accomodating and kind. I would 10000% stay here again on my next trip to phuket and have already recommended it to family and friends!

    An amazing hotel—words can't do it justice! It is located within a unique complex that also features restaurants, shops, and more. The food is incredible, and the cleanliness and services are of the highest possible standard. Situated in a quiet location, it was exactly what was needed before heading home. I highly recommend visiting this hotel.

    No direct access to the beach if you are in a beach front king at the 3rd floor. Below average breakfast. No smoking in the beach area
