Sago Palm is a great hotel with exceptional staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Additionally, the free breakfast is top tier.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel had 24/7 security , which was appreciated we felt safe. We had the breakfast only included package and I must say everything was nice. One thing I can say about the menu is they should expand more choices! The price could have been a little cheaper for just 1 room. We paid $***for 1 bedroom w/ 1 bed, when we could’ve paid that same price for an 3 bedroom/3 bath Villa. Other than that everything was GREAT! I’d highly recommend

I stayed at this hotel during the hurricane. The hotel was not worth the price they were charging, but because I had no choice during the hurricane. I must say the staff was nice and did everything to make your stay comfortable, but the hotel charge my card me for 3 nights stay knowing I only stayed 1 I am now waiting on my credit card company to investigate. They place a $100 hold on card that was not returned. Just if you stay there be careful of charges to your card.
