I highly recommend this spa resort to anyone looking for rest, wellness, and top-quality service. I will definitely be coming back!

They have really up their game here! The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. The tennis camp is outstanding! I feel like very small things could be tweaked to take it to the next level. For example, when I checked in, I wasn’t provided any information about the Tennis camp or where to go, which would’ve been nice. The tennis camp is outstanding and the instructors are just superb. I will be back!

The worst hotel ever. Charged me for the valet parking, and they did not mention that on the booking or offered any other option upon arrival. Although, I paid for my stay in advance through Agoda and my booking confirmation did not indicate any additional charges to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out, the reception staff preauthorized my credit card for incidentals for US$ 100 and did not mention any additional charges to be paid; in fact, he confirmed that my room was prepaid for and the authorization was for incidentals. To my surprise, upon checking out the next day, I was presented with a statement showing that the hotel had charged me a resort fee without my consent or even awareness. Although I'm not part of any resort membership or timeshare program with this hotel, and my booking was a straight hotel accommodation prepaid through my online travel agency (Agoda), with no reference to any additional fees or charges whatsoever, and my booking confirmation showed just that, the hotel insisted on going ahead with placing the charges and refused to wave it and charged me against my well. With this claimed resort fee, I had to carry my two big suitcases up the stairs to the second floor at both check-in time and check-out time, and wait for my car to be brought from the valet parking for over 16 minutes, which put me under great stress because I was already late waiting for someone to help me carry down my bags from the room downstairs and no one came because there was no phone in the rooms to call up the reception and when I waited down my room no one showed up to call for assisstance so I had to carry my bags by myself (I'm 59 years old with severe lower back problems). I had to wait again for a golf cart to come and transfer my bags to the reception. The whole waiting time that was wasted in this process of getting my bags to the reception, then checking out, and the argument with the receptionist about the extra charges, and then waiting for my car to be brought from the valet parking was almost 56 minutes. I had a flight to catch, and this delay put me under huge stress because I was still going to drop off my rental car in Tampa city, then take a taxi to the airport. I finally caught up with my flight just in the last few minutes. I almost lost my flight over this poorly managed property and dishonest staff. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or ever stay at it in my life again. A very poor facility deserves no more than three stars if you are generous.
