    Very nice and helpful. Free drinks at the time of departure. Rooms were roomy. Comfortable beds. There is no outlet in the bathroom. Don’t leave any food leftover on the table. For this location, you have to take a cable car from Hai Phong to Cat Ba. For Ha long Bay, you don’t have to do it.

    We had a wonderful stay at Rustic House and would highly recommend it. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They were always happy to help with any questions we had and kindly helped us book taxis and organise everything we needed. The atmosphere was lovely, the room was comfortable and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Such a thoughtful and caring team. Before we left, they surprised us with a traditional local fruit drink, which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for making our time here so memorable!

    I love my stay here and everything is walkable distance. Room has beautiful view of the lake . Staff helped me to check in early without any add on fees as I arrived super early in the morning. They guide me well in every questions I have and breakfast are one of the best in town!
