    The hotel is not very close to the night market, but it’s still within a reasonable distance and easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    My family of 4 stay one night in the family room. We reserved the rate that did not included breakfast through Agoda. On Agoda indicated check-in at 13:00. When we arrived at 13:00 and check in but the stuff told us that the check in time is 14:00 and she asked to see the time indicated on Agoda and I show to her then I told her we will be back at 14:00. When we came back, she check in for us and apologized for the confusion and offered breakfast free for my family. This is excellence service that I never have before especially hotels in Laos.

    Absolutely exceptional stay. The room was spacious, bright, modern, and beautifully designed with large windows on both sides, which made it feel very pleasant and relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable and I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom was also excellent. What really made the experience special was the staff. Mary and Hong (not sure how to spell his name) at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, flexible, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Their hospitality made a huge difference and made us feel truly comfortable. Breakfast is simple and limited, but honestly perfectly sufficient for this type of destination and fully adequate. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Easily a 10/10 stay and I would absolutely come back.
