    They could not find our reservation, and the room we booked was occupied, so they offered another room with no window and balcony, which was not great to me because i had no idea of timeline with no sunlight. We did try the first offer, 3 bed room, but the AC was not working, so we settle with the no window room. Its doable if you just wanna sleep for the night. I regret not paying a tad more for a nicer place, even just for sleeping.
