    This hotel is right on the Old Town with walking distance to Nam Dinh town! The hotel is ok you may need to carry a sleeping sheet!

    Hotel is ok, not too near restaurants area. Just overnight is ok but get closer to the town center is better for food and others entertainment activities.

    I booked a room through Agoda two days in advance and arrived at the hotel around 11 PM due to a late trip. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled after 8 PM. What’s more disappointing is that the hotel made no attempt to contact me via the Agoda app or by phone, even though my contact information was clearly provided in the booking, they claimed that there is no phone number on my booking. As a result, I had to drive around Nam Dinh for an hour, from 11 PM to midnight, searching for another hotel in a very quiet city with few options at that hour. I’m truly disappointed with the way the hotel staff and management handled the situation.
