    The Ruby is in a block of hotels about 2 years old. Many of the restaurants and bars are just being completed. We only stayed 1 night and took a short grab ride to the ferry over to Ha Long Bay.

    The location is in the middle of new night market and as well as the old night market, near the beach and the Sunworld park and water park. In walking distance to all the area. Around the hotel coffees, restaurants, milk teas, snacks, motorbike for rent and more. The area the hotel locate is great for walking around to see the city, for night view. Facilities are new, room is clean with nice designs, wood floor. Bathroom size is nice and neat. Overall, more than expectation and the service was great as well.
