    No issue with the state or cleanliness of the accommodation. Staff welcoming and cheerful. Meets the requirements for any type of stay. Has the basic commodities like kettle, microwave and TV. Only thing that bugged me was the floor felt tacky from the soap used on them. Glad I bought house shoes. Note if you have problems with stepping up or down, the bathroom is a 15cm drop and the step in the front door may trip you if your not mindful.

    I had some stuff to get done in Rocky but on a budget because not an employed traveller ATM, I've travelled on higher budgets. If you're looking for a clean, safe and budget place to lay your head, look no further. The new owners are slowly improving by what I have read from other reviews. It's far from the most modern place you'll ever stay but has just about everything you need, maybe not a face washer but that's my bad for forgetting my loofah. The management seem very down to earth, a whole family affair including their cute k9 family, I didn't interact apart from check in so not much more I can add, but I would be very interested to know what the place will be like after they get it to where they want it. Great bed, great shower. Interesting little sunroom that I've never seen within a room b4. Would I stay again, 100% because really can't beat the value and what you get is very worth it and also in a great location. Thank you guys for a great stay.

    The room we stayed in looked like it was in the middle of renovations. Cobwebs over the bed & ceiling. Fridge was dirty. Paint peeling and screw holes in the walls. Shower tiles dirty and cracked. So disappointing for the price we paid! Even if this was the only available spot in Rocky, we would keep driving. A positive, good size parking outside the door.
