    Short a short distance but on this quieet side street, I never heard a plane of traffic noise. The room was comfortable (thick, western style mattress) good shower and even a little window. Local style breakfast included. (As with almost all Vietnam, no understanding or options for food allergies, coeliac, etc) so, if you like your lunch for breakfast, you will love it. Overall, great value on arrival.
