There was a cockroach in the bathroom, cleanliness in the bathroom was meh. Bed is not comfy, mattress is too soft.
On the first day, we went down for breakfast at 8:40am. The lady at the reception apparently just woke up and said breakfast only starts in 30min (lol at 9:10, seriously?). Breakfast was ok-ish. On the second day, we had to ask for bread because they forgot to buy some. My friend also asked to let his stuff as we had a tour planned until the evening. They told him to leave the things in the room then the staff complained about it and said we should’ve moved our things by 12pm while they said yes for 6pm a few hours before. Staff is not nice, not smiling.
While picking up his stuff, my friend saw a rat at the entrance of the lobby.
